Your chauffeur will track your flight to ensure on-time pickup. In the event you have an early arrival, we’ll be there. Late arrival? No worries, we’re on it.

Free Waiting Time
Your 30-min free waiting period starts once your flight arrives. Allowing us to know your flight arrival time will help you avoid incurring additional waiting fees.

If there is a very long delay and your chauffeur is unable to wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.

Meet & Greet
In order for your chauffeur to serve you promptly, we’ll need to know your time of arrival so we can plan accordingly.

Example: Your flight is scheduled to land at 10:00 a.m. Should your flight be delayed by 20 minutes, your driver will be alerted and waiting for you at 10:20 a.m., which will be the new time in which your 30-min free waiting period will begin, helping avoid any additional charges.

Yes, we track private flights for our clients. This ensures we are there to meet you promptly upon your flight arrival.

What you need to know:
It’s very important that you provide your aircraft number (tail number) when booking and make sure that your flight is traceable via Flightaware. Only when these two conditions are met can your chauffeur track your flight and coordinate your pickup time with your actual landing time.
